We at Cummins Family Dental accept most insurances. We accept Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, United Concordia, Principal Colonial/ Unum and MassHealth.
**We are currently out of network with Altus, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife.**
**Patients with the above insurances are still welcomed to schedule appointments with us.**

We at Cummins Family Dental accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and several credit cards. We will also assist you in getting approved for Care Credit and Lending Club to help cover your dental treatment.
